What is GolfPass?

GolfPass is a monthly golf membership utilizing credits that allows you to play on any of the golf courses we partner with. Your monthly membership lets you to play the golf you want. Price of membership depends on your plan type and location. You can book and explore golf courses ranging from hidden muni-gems to private courses – and our portfolio continues to grow!

How do I book a tee time?

You can book a tee time on our mobile app. On the app, select the course you’d like to play. Within this page, select ‘View Tee Times’ to show available times. Select the tee time you’re interested in playing and select ‘Book Tee Time’. You’ll receive a confirmation of your reservation on a second screen.

 

If your tee time has been successfully reserved, you’ll see the tee time in your Bookings page. The golf course will automatically receive a record of your reservation. You will also receive a reminder email before your scheduled tee time that will include all the information you may need about what to bring, what to wear, when to arrive, and where to find the golf course.

How far in advance can I book a tee time?

Generally, a tee time can be booked up to 7 days in advance, however, tee times become available for booking as spots become available based on the time you’re booking and what facility you’re visiting.

What is the tee time cancellation policy?

Sometimes golf just isn’t in the cards. On these occasions, we ask that you do your best to cancel your tee time at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This aligns with the policies of most golf courses.

 

If you cancel your tee time within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged a fee per tee time slot booked, and if you miss a tee time without cancelling, you will be also be charged per tee time slot booked. Please notify us of your cancellation asap at golfpass@golfpass.co

 

This policy is important to our partners because it ensures that they are still paid for tee times that go unused. For many golf courses, filling each tee time slot is critical for their business and to make sure you have a high quality experience on the golf course.

What is the dress code?

Our members are required to adhere to the dress code/etiquette of the specific golf course they play on. While dress codes may vary from course to course, at the very least we suggest you wear Bermuda length shorts, slacks and shirt with a collar. Denim, t-shirts and open toe shoes are not permitted (although maybe one day they will be). If you have further questions, contact the golf course’s pro shop directly.

Does my membership auto-renew?

GolfPass is a monthly recurring membership, so it will automatically renew on the same day each month. If you sign up for GolfPass on the 15th, your membership will renew on the 15th of each month after that.

 

There is no long-term commitment for GolfPass. You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time, as long as this is done at least one day before your cycle renews. You can suspend your account by going to your Member Settings.

Do my credits roll over from month to month?

At this time, unused credits do not roll over from month to month.

How many times can I play at a course during a monthly cycle?

You can play up to 2 rounds per cycle at any golf course in the GolfPass network. We have a growing portfolio of golf courses that we want all our members to be able to experience. If there is any course that you would like to be a part of GolfPass please send us a message, here.

How do I change my membership?

You can change your membership on our mobile app. On the app, navigate to Member Settings. Select ‘Manage Your Plan’ and select the new membership you would like. Then select ‘Purchase’. You’ll receive a confirmation of your membership change on a second screen and your new membership will be reflected on your Member Settings page.
